Came here for the first time and had a great experience. Met the owner Ivan and his staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good auto shops that value customers and their time. I made an appointment to get my state inspection done and they honored my appointment and time. I came at 3pm and left around 4pm. This is a big deal because time is precious. Their waiting area is very comfortable and clean. So much better than other places I’ve been too. Lastly, they offer so many great services and have other locations too. I love that they are a family owned business too. I highly recommend coming here for your automotive needs. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

Very appreciative of the team at Blue Auto for helping me out! My catalytic converter kept getting stolen and I needed a solution. I called so many body shops to help with a solution and no one was able to. Finally, we found Blue Auto and they make their own covers and install them. After a day at the shop, my car was ready to go! I thought the price was pretty reasonable, about $500. But after spending thousands on repairs I was so appreciative someone could finally help me. Thanks again!!!

Went in for a 4-wheel alignment and was out in a reasonable amount of time. Definately a smoother ride! Thank you to the fast service and coffee. Clean wait area and friendly staff. What impressed me the most was the included vehicle inspection report, with pictures include. Keep doing those, very helpful!

Second time I went. They didn’t have me in the system for the appointment time I scheduled . Not a big deal they still took me in. Inspection done within 1 hour after drop off. When I went to pick up the car they didn’t tell me that I failed. I only realized when I left 15 minutes into my drive I didn’t have a new inspection sticker. Called them and they said oh yeah you failed bc of a worn tire

I’m very disappointed. I booked an appointment after calling the Brooklyn location to ask how much the calibration/coding for the BMW EKPS module would cost. They told us it would be done at the Glendale location and the price would be $250, so I decided to schedule an appointment for Saturday since I work on weekdays. My husband and I went there at 8 AM on Saturday, but when we arrived, they told us they don’t do coding on weekends. It was very frustrating because we woke up early expecting the work would be done today so we could use the car for my daughter’s birthday. I hope they become more responsible when taking appointments for services they can’t perform.
