Was gifted my fathers 17 year old, 64k mile one-owner Mercedes which has a ton of sentimental value for me. It had some deferred maintenance to take care of. MB Manhattan quoted $7k in repairs - some necessary some not. Richie from BKM picked up the car and took it to the shop, they recommended more repairs than Mercedes did and did it for just above 1/2 the cost of the MBM estimate. 10/10 experience - they will service this car for the next twenty years.

2019 Audi s4 This review is long overdue. Intake Install, Exhaust install, Springs you name it. Even a full service and filter change! Gary and rest of team are easy to communicate with and very responsive with before and after pics while you are not there. Feels like you are being treated right If you have M, Audi Sport or Amg and are hesitant bring it to BKM. Price is fair and install is on point. All boxes checked off!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my wife’s classic Volkswagen to BKM Car Services Inc, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations. ◦ Their personalized, high-service approach ensures customer satisfaction, I was out of town and my wife had to go pick her car up, they treated her with the same respect they treated me with. I only mentioned this because for some people who know nothing about cars, this could be a nerve racking experience. 2 Honesty and Transparency: ◦ BKM Car Services Inc stood out for their honesty and reliability. They troubleshot and corrected even the most challenging repair problems I was dealing with. ◦ Whether it’s classic/vintage European vehicles or BMW’s , BKM provides transparent explanations and fair pricing. 3 Timely and Cost-Effective: ◦ BKM Car Services Inc not only had my wife’s classic Volkswagen running and driving sooner than originally agreed upon but also managed to do so at half the original estimate. ◦ Their commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness is commendable. What’s even more reassuring is that my regular mechanic, who unfortunately didn’t have the time to work on the car, personally recommended BKM Car Services Inc. When professionals in the field vouch for a service provider, it speaks volumes about their competence and integrity. If you’re seeking a trustworthy mechanic, look no further than BKM Car Services Inc. They’ve earned their 4.4-star rating with 76 reviews, and I wholeheartedly recommend their expertise.

I have been taking my car to BKM for a couple of years now. And I have always been happy with their service. The owner is upfront with the repair cost and asks first before doing anything. Prices are reasonable. Nice to have a reliable mechanic in the neighborhood. Update! This place use to be good. Now the service has changed a lot. Prices are much higher and not so easy to make an appointment when you need it.

The work from the BKM Auto team is impeccable. Their customer service and pricing is also out of this world. My Audi was pretty damaged (dents, deep scrapes, etc) while it was parked on a side street in NYC. In less than a week, they completely repaired my car (other garages had told me it would take 2-4 weeks to fix). Even better is the car looks like it did the day I bought it! They are really an amazingly talented team.
