Arrived at 1150 for a 12pm appointment for 4 new tires balanced. Left at 220. 2.5 hours to install and balance 4 tires. New chips and scratches on all 4 wheels at the lugnuts. Close this location 😭 Go to Costco or pay the installation fee at a shop near you. I should have cancelled my order when I read the other reviews. *Update: Car is now shaking above 75mph. Going to find another shop to balance again.
View on GoogleCame in at 1:15 pm for ONE tire change. Only one guy in, no one helping him with customers coming in … so every time someone came in he had to stop what he was doing and help them out . Yes, the man moves very slowly but there is a CLEAR UNDER-STAFFING ISSUE. It is now 4:37 pm & I’m still waiting for my car. NEVERRRRRR COMING BACK . YOU SHOULDNT EITHER IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. (4:40, car was finally handed back to me)
View on GoogleGreat customer service! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI had some issues booking my installation where my reservation changed with no notice so I had to go back a different day. Install was fast and the staff was helpful, waiting room had nice amenities like a water cooler and smart tv for you to use while you wait. My only other complaint is there was a missing tire cap on one of the wheels where there should be a manufacturer logo but with no contact number for this location it’s difficult to get it resolved without dealing with bj’s automated system and a clueless offsite rep when I just need to speak with the people there.
View on GoogleAmazing service!! Staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful and professional!! I would recommend their services to anyone who needs tires, batteries and more. Thank you so much for helping me with my car!!!!
