Bical Auto Mall Service

I ordered a spare tire and the rim. Specifically requested a tire that would match my current tires. Since I just purchased a car a few months ago. I was overcharged for a tire, rim, and service. Sheldon attempted to overcharge for the sensor as well, until I contacted BBB. My first oil change was supposed to be free. I paid nearly $400 . Today I checked . The spare tire did not match what I ordered and paid for. The tire is deflated and cannot be used if there is an emergency. Poor service, poor managment. Never again will I step my foot into this dealership.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership service center. They accused me of lying to them about the car. It was absurd. In the end they could find a reason for the Check Engine light. 4 days later the car died, I got it jumped and drove to another dealership. They instantly figured it out and fixed it. There are several other horrendous details regarding my experience but I don't want to waste any more time on this. I will never go back.

Worst service department in America! Charged me 6k for a job and I had a warranty. They cancelled the warranty and sold me t get a refund now I have a second problem and have to pay more money. I’m taking you guys to court! And contacting my lawyer and BBB all my friends and family will also be made aware of the tactic!!

Don’t bother bringing your car here especially if you didn’t buy the car from them. You would reasonably expect a Chevrolet dealer to service Chevrolet vehicles as they represent the Chevrolet corporation but this dealership’s second question when I pulled in was “did you buy the vehicle from us?” When I informed them that I purchased the vehicle from another dealership- they proceeded to tell me that it would now take 1-3 days before they would even look at the car - not repair it, just to look at the car and give a diagnosis. My car is less than a week old and has 300 miles on it. The issue is likely a simple software glitch that can be fixed instantly with the tools a dealership has but they feel the need to “punish” me for not purchasing the car from them. My friend recently brought his car to them and after repairing his car, they realized he didn’t purchase the car from them and they had the audacity to tell him that they wouldn’t have repaired it in a timely manner had they known he bought his car elsewhere so this is obviously a service policy. I’m pretty sure this is against GM’s policy but obviously Bical doesn’t care. Chevrolet customers deserve the same experience regardless of where they purchased the vehicle.

We had a great experience getting our car serviced. The dealership was fully prepared to receive us at the appointment time, first thing Monday morning. We were quickly processed by our rep, David, and asked to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Within a few hours the car was finished. The courtesy and professionalism at this dealership is worth the five stars I am giving them.
