Hi my name is James and my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 4 Cylinder car was jerking back and forth so I went to Auto Zone and purchased spark plugs/Coil and I checked on Chatgpt how long it takes for the labor and how much it typically cost? It said because my spark plugs sit on top no more than 1.5 hours and the cost is between $125-$175. the young Indian guy at this shop has no respect for his customers I was asking him a question about service and pricing and he started off by putting his hand up and telling me to wait and was dismissive. he then began to call someone and act like he was punching numbers on his phone only to tell me the work would take 2.5 hours and would be almost $300 dollar. his eyes opened wide when I challenged him saying that's not true this work is no more than 1.5 if that and shouldn't be more than $175 because I bought my own parts. he then said ok $225 and I said you are ripping people off and said no thanks. I found a 5 star place name RH Auto repair 1348 Utica Ave and the cost was $140 what a difference and the service was great.

The worst service i’ve ever been. I trusted easy oil change but they failed it. I don’t recommend to go there, only if you want to get your car broken and dirty “Master” doesn’t know how to check oil level and master filled all oil that i gave to master, and now engine is overfilled with oil, master checks oil level using dirty rag immediately after pouring not waiting for oil comes down to crankcase. When i check oil level it was more than maximum but master said it’s okay😄 i hope nobody’s car will hurt in this auto shop.

Owner ordered the parts then overcharged me for them nd added labor. I didn't even argue the price. I just paid it. Wasn't till after I did the research nd was so upset of the price of the parts. Always buy your Own Parts from now on I will do just that.
