Horrible cab service will never use again don’t recommend anyone to use this they will not come I’ll be coming back everyday to write another review because they stood me up for 50 minutes and I will not be able to make it on time for my class and I can’t drop my daughter off to school because of the time when they could’ve said no

Save yourself the headache and money. They won’t show up when you call 3x in an hour and after they’ve promised.

Horrible service they say I can use my card online but I call and they say no cards accepted .. Very rude as well

Absolutely do not use. Sent the wrong sized sedan car originally for 5 people with no trunk space (even though we said we were going to JFK) then the woman organizing calls said a van would be there in 3 minutes, we waited 12 minutes before a cab called us saying he was another minutes away. 30 minutes later after our pickup time to the airport, we are still waiting to be picked up. We have a flight to catch, we may not make it. They should have just told us they screwed up and should get a cab, instead they compounded the mistake. Just use Uber. It is remarkable how bad people are at their one job. **EDIT** we made our flight barely thanks to Uber. The receptionist did not apologize or return our calls. Possibly the most incompetent service I've seen to date. How hard is it to drive and organize cabs?

Terrible service. Had me waiting over 30 minutes for a cab that never showed up. Wouldn't answer any of my follow up calls, someone would pick up and just breath on the microphone. Call Northside don't call these people.
