This car service has the rudest people answering the phones and they lie about times. Ny 76 year old mother waited over 20 minutes for a car that should have been there in 10 and when she called thr nasty man on the phone said 10.more minutes then canceled the car. Never again I rather pay more and get good customer service.

The most worst lady whoever picked up the phone call the date: January 23rd 12:44pm. She doesn’t talk nicely to customers. I don’t understand how can you be this bad person if you had a bad day don’t come to work that or if you don’t like your job quit!!! You don’t need be mad with customers. Customers didn’t do anything to your life. Please where is her manager??? I work with your company for 11 years now I never this type attitude with me. Please manager check your employees the way they talk to people!!! Specially her she is gonna mess up your business!!!

Used Bensonhurst Car Service for 25 years, literally since the day I came to the US – they were the first car that ever picked me up at the airport.Sadly, they’ve gone downhill badly. Lost me as a customer today.Dispatcher was rude and condescending on the phone (“I already told you the price, why are you asking again” – when I never heard it the first time). Promised to call back with the car info for my wife, never did, then snapped “Next time you order…” like it’s my fault.Driver was doing 50 mph on the highway, slower than every single car around, holding up traffic.Very disappointed. Won’t use again.

Do not ever go here!!! Employee bumped my car came out started acting cocky and disrespectful at his grown age. Owner then tried to manipulate and downplay the situation and yell at me and my family. I didn’t ask for no compensation just for an apology and I didn’t get any respect from anybody. This place is terrible save your money and time!

was walking across a crosswalk as was MY right as the pedestrian with the RIGHT OF WAY, with one of their cars waiting at the stop sign, the driver, a older man with a long beard started beeping at me incessantly and almost ran me over as i attempted to get across…NOTHING AT ALL could be that urgent that you willingly put someone’s life in the balance
