Benji is very kind and wants the best for his customers. I could tell while standing in his office that he has built friendly relationships with his clients. He treated me with respect and I felt like he had my back with all the work he did to get as much as possible for me from the insurance company. Benji and his team did a fantastic job with the body work and windshield replacement on my truck at a reasonable price. Even as I paid him, Benji was trying to help me circumvent extraneous credit card charges. Not only did he watch out for my wallet and provide a quality service, but he had my back afterward when I had battery issues. He offered to come get my truck and check it out. Not only did he give me a diagnosis of the issue, but he filled up my tire and replaced my truck in the same parking spot. Truly unheard of. Benji’s auto shop turned what started as a very stressful situation into a completely headache-free experience. Benji took the time to answer all of my questions regarding insurance and kept open, consistent communication throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, like it had just rolled off the lot. There’s no doubt that Benji and his team take immense pride in their work. Don’t look anywhere else and bring your vehicle to Benji for any repairs you need!

This has been the worst body shop experience I’ve ever had in New York. My car was in their shop for a total of four months, and during that entire time they failed to diagnose that the transmission was completely ruined. I had to get the transmission installed from a different shop because they were incapable of completing the work. They even tried to return the car within two months even though it didn’t run. I drove it one block before it shut off. The transmission was burned out, and even the battery was left loose. The owner was consistently dismissive and unprofessional throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Based on how long they kept my car and how many times they attempted to return it in unusable condition, I genuinely believe they drag out repairs to maximize what they can bill to insurance. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing any other shop if your car is in an accident.
