Bought hercules rt1 tires, ride great on pavement, already had them up steep gravel driveway with no spin or slippage.

Visited the truck shop to do an alignment but when they checked my truck, I needed other suspension work done first. Took their advice and got it done. Prices are reasonable.

Needs serious improvement with business can't get a professional job done correctly on trucks or vehicle problems that require urgent mechanical work correctly done and even after the long wait time of getting it corrected you still end up with vehicle malfunctions no adequate improvements definitely poor customer service and a huge financial rip off highly disappointed. Very difficult to get appropriate satisfying business done with incompetence.

Came here to do truck alignment. I wait for my service about an hour. They did alignment but nothing change, track still wagged along the road. Another service told that nothing that nothing has been done. There were no signs of working with tie rods (the thread was covered with rust, no traces of torsion)

I called to inquire about prices and was instead hit with an intense interrogation and spoken to in such a condescending manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The woman answering the phone needs training.
