I don’t even want to give them 1 star they deserve ZERO. This company is rude as hell . I was never picked up from my appointment . The lady that answers the phone was rude as hell mind you she answered the phone while eating food , chomping in my ear. For her to then say she doesn’t have a ride assigned for me when I have a confirmation message that it is them, plus they brought me to my appointment!

Horrible car service. Got set up with this place by chance from my Provider. They rudely said that they didn't see my info in the system AFTER they had their driver drop me off at my Dr. They WILL hang up on you! Avoid at all costs!

AAR Driver for this company never show up. The dispatcher failed to call the driver ans assumed he was coming. I called the three times and received three different answers. None of them stated your driver is on location. However, when I called their contractual company, they said I was no showed. This is after 25 minutes. This review comes from lack of customer service.The driver DID NOT CALL THE PASSENGER.

Horrible service! Was waiting for about an hour and dispatcher kept saying gps shows 5 minutes. Then the driver went to pick up another passenger. The whole trip took almost 2 hours instead of 20 minutes. Just horrible horrible service! Stay away!

I was assigned Belle Rock car service a few times in the past few months to transport my wheelchair/ bed bound Aunt to and from Drs appointments. Not 1 experience turned out to be a positive experience. The 1st time they were 5 1/2 hrs late with 1 B.S. excuse after another. Then this week they were an absolute no show to go to a post surgical appointment and today they had her waiting for 2 1/2 hrs again to come home. Every time they blame someone else. The dispatcher is also, in my experience. nasty and has a tendency to lie. NEVER USE BELLE ROCK CAR SERVICE.
