May 15th, 2025 I ordered an SUV for my aunt and they sent this rude guy that is lazy and dirty. He didn’t want to help us with the walker and didn’t want me sitting in the front meanwhile the base charged us an extra $10 for the suv and he wanted us 3 to sit in the back of a small SUV. Car is dirty and smells really bad! I pray they never send him to us ever again… Gray Toyota RAV4

Told me it would be five minutes. Asked for an exact address even though I gave them the intersection.I had to call twice to confirm and the dispatcher had no idea where the diver was. She was nice but still didn't know. Driver at least followed my directions. I just want things to be easy. If I'd been drinking id have never got home. Love car services but this was the least helpful I've ever encountered. Avoid if possible .

Excellent Service! I've used them a few times to get to the airport. Their prices are great and the drivers are extremely polite, professional and punctual. Last night I used their service to get my parents from Brooklyn to Manhattan and the they did not disappoint. The car arrived on time and my parents said the driver waited until they got safely into the building before leaving.I highly recommend. Just wanted to add that I used Bedstar Car Services again last night to get my parents back to Manhattan from Brooklyn and they are amazing. The dispatcher was super sweet with excellent customer service and the driver was polite and even played Spanish music for them! They are honest, trustworthy and safe. Bedstar will be my go-to service from now on!!!

They are very unprofessional and their drivers are so rude. That’s why they will never get a tip from me. I may use them once in the blue and when I do I automatically miss using Uber. At least Uber drivers are not so rude. At least fake being nice to you passengers.

Update: I call them this morning to make my son's day a little easier because he was going to be late to school. And the driver doesn't follow the GPS and drops my son off at the wrong location. Currently my son is lost and I'm at work! Wyd and I get told they have to wait for management to come in and there is NOTHING they can do.
