I've brought my car to Mohammad and his crew a few times and I must say he's the most honest and dependable mechanic. The work him and his crew is quick and efficient. The prices are fair too.

This place is the BEST. From family, friends to total strangers I tell the world about this mechanic, always. Family owned, honest, helpful, kind, fair and excellent at their jobs. There is a reason the good word about this place spreads like wildfire because Bayport Auto is the best mechanic on the planet. They say it’s hard to find an honest mechanic but this place is exactly that. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars. Thank you so much for doing good by this community.

I came here yesterday for the first time and not only will I be back, I will recommend this place to everyone I know in the community. They are very kind and honest people. I felt an instant sense of trust when I stopped by to inquire about a brake service. They do not try to sell you unnecessary services, they only address the NEEDS of your vehicle and of course any concerns you may have. My dealership was going to rob me of $1600 for a brake job. I’m so glad I found out about this shop because they did it for half the price plus they rotated my tires and adjusted my bumper for free. On top of all of this, any work done on your vehicle is documents and protected under warranty for a year. Might I add that they make sure you are comfortable. I chose to wait inside while they serviced my car. I was offered water, Bibi made sure I comfortable by offering to turn on the heater, and the sofas were so comfortable I could have fallen asleep lol…Thank you so much Mohammed, Junior, and sweetest Bibi for taking such good care of me!

Mohammad is a very kind and respectful person, and in my experience he has been the only one I fully trust at the shop. However, I have concerns about the overall quality of service provided by the rest of the staff. It seems that after certain repairs are completed, other issues begin to appear within a few months, resulting in repeated visits for additional repairs. In some cases, after fixing one problem, another issue follows shortly after. For example, I noticed that during oil changes, too much oil may be added, which can eventually lead to leaks around engine gaskets, the transmission, or the power steering pump. I also feel that some employees focus more on keeping customers returning rather than fully resolving problems the first time. I hope the staff reflects on their work practices and improves their honesty and professionalism, because integrity and accountability are very important.

I took my car here on a whim after my dealership listed a long (and inaccurate) list of issues. Mohammed put the car up on the lift, walked me through everything, and proved that several items the dealer flagged were completely false. He also completed the service the dealership said I needed, but never completed, and addressed all my other concerns. Honest, transparent, and professional—Mohammed gained a loyal customer, and Nissan lost one.
