Extremely disappointing experience with this service. 0 stars My vehicle has been at this dealership for more than 8 days, and during this entire time I have received almost no communication. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and nobody provides any updates. When we finally came to the dealership on the 8th day to get answers, we were told that the employee who originally handled the vehicle was not there, and nobody else knew what was happening with our case. After more than a week, they still could not clearly explain the problem, the repair status, or the next steps. Leaving a customer without information for over a week is completely unacceptable. Professional service means communication, accountability, and respect for customers’ time. Unfortunately, this service failed all three. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle and received nothing but frustration, wasted time, and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable service or professional treatment. Ужасный опыт . Никому не рекомендую этот сервис . Huge thank you to Marco and the team! After a long repair process, my battery failed shortly after I got the car back. Marco handled everything quickly and fairly, covered the labor, and even threw in a free oil change. It meant a lot that they stood behind their work and treated me with respect. Really appreciate the way this was handled! Will absolutely be coming back for future service

Should be zero stars. When you drive in they automatically check for alignment issues. Total scam. Had someone check the report after and found that I did not need an alignment. Possibly worse, I paid the $289 diagnostic fee where they gave me a $6000 laundry list of items with no sense of what the actual problem was with my car. I decided to go to an actual reputable car repair shop and they diagnosed the issue immediately. Ended up with a $950 charge. Not cheap but it’s fixed and a whole lot better than starting down a path with the rip-off artists at Bay Ridge. I am so sorry I went to Bay Ridge Volkswagen Service. Wasted $600 for literally nothing. They are extracting money from the community and offering nothing.

They use questionable pricing tactics and make excuses for inflated prices. The service advisor quoted me $5300 for just replacing spark plugs and injectors. When I declined the spark plugs, he recalculated and gave me $6400 (how does removing parts increase the price?). When I questioned this, he made excuses, claiming there were mistakes where they doubled the price accidentally. Then the price dropped to $2975. In addition, they claimed that to do the job faster they need to expedite the service, which costs $275 per hour for labor plus $275 for diagnostic. That's why I believe they take advantage of customers with severely inflated pricing. I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and take my car to another shop, because the same service with parts will cost me a quarter of the price they charge. I will never come back here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Umit (the mechanic) and Jorge (the advisor). Everything was explained clearly and in a way that made sense. Advisor service: I was never made to feel devalued or upsold during my interaction with Jorge, especially considering my gender. Regarding my actual car 🚗 repair, the service was quick and reasonably priced. I had an excellent experience with Umit from beginning to end. He was welcoming, kind, and very professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Umit took the time to thoroughly explain what my car needed in a clear and patient way, and I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. There was no pressure or upselling—just straightforward advice and quality work (especially with all of my million and one questions); I NEVER felt pressured or uncomfortable working with him. I would highly recommend Umit to service your car, especially if you’re a woman looking for a trustworthy and straightforward auto mechanic. ☺️ Thank you, Umit 🙏🏽
