I would wish if someone changes dashboard settings that they put them back lol. This last visit while driving home I heard air like a fan blowing. I sat in my car for at least 10 minutes before I saw blue light on, and tapped it off.don’t Even remember what it was. I’m a simple guy. Don’t use half the accessories and new tech technologies. That’s why the car is in such good shape. I never use half the toys. LOL. Otherwise, I never have an issue always happy with your service

We have been using Bay Ridge Subaru for over a decade now and are always very happy with the service. Everyone is so nice and professional, Anna in particular who is always quick to respond and who takes the time needed to really explain to us whatever the issues are with the car, what needs to be done to fix it, and what we can wait on. She never tries to upsell us and we could not be more grateful. Thank you Anna and team for all the great work you’ve done for us over the years.

Without question, Marc and the team gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto service center. There’s a saying in football that the best wins come when all three phases of the game click—and that’s exactly how my experience felt at Bay Ridge Subaru Service. Their technicians quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues, clearly communicated what was needed, and fixed exactly what was necessary—no more, no less. The space itself is open, clean, and genuinely welcoming. The customer service is outstanding. They truly care about you and your satisfaction, which feels increasingly rare. As a short-statured driver, I was especially appreciative of the respect and care they showed in handling my pedal extenders. To top it off, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service provided. A total package that’s absolutely worth the drive. Thanks so much to the entire team.

I had a great experience at Bay Ridge Subaru. Marc helped me resolve long-standing issues with my power steering and exhaust system. After a few days in the shop for parts and repairs, my car is running significantly better. I really appreciated Marc’s transparency. he was upfront about the costs, so there were no surprises, and he even sent a video showing the work being done. Booking an appointment was easy, and they also accept walk-ins for routine maintenance like oil changes. The waiting room is spacious, and there are plenty of food options nearby if you need to step out."

Everyone I dealt with in service thoughtful, attentive and honest. Great communicators. Didn’t have a long wait time. Nice waiting area with good coffee. (Though I wish they had half + half in addition to milk and non dairy creamer :)
