I have been using this place for many years. One of the best mechanic shop. I moved to New Jersey but I still use them for all my car maintenance. I highly recommend this place.

Went for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. Mind you I only drive about 2x a week. On my way home from dropping my kids off at school, my truck started overheating. White smoke was emanating from the hood. I pulled over and let it cool. I popped the trunk, and it seemed like there was an oil leak. I checked oil and sure enough it was at zero percent. Now I am sitting on the side of the road waiting to get towed to a different mechanic. Who knows what damage was caused to the engine and the repair cost. This place needs to be investigated. Steer clear!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change that was clearly advertised to include a **full-service car wash**. After the service they handed me a **coupon for an exterior wash only**, completely ignoring what was promised. When I asked about it, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling me to “speak to the manager.” But when I asked where the manager was, she just said, “He’s not here,” and walked away. No explanation, no apology, nothing. This is blatant false advertising. If you're not going to honor what you promote, don't advertise it. And if you can’t provide decent customer service, you shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest others think twice before trusting this place. P.S. As I was leaving, they actually started pretending to tape up their advertisements like they had just realized there was a mistake — as if that excuses the bait-and-switch. Completely unprofessional and shady behavior.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Came in for a simple oil change. Left with a $300 estimate for things my car definitely doesn’t need. Total scam artists. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an open wallet. Avoid this place at all cost
