Bay Diagnostic

I brought a 2012 Mercedes Benz GL450 a year and a half ago. I bought it because it is a Beautiful Luxury SUV and at a good price . I bought it with out fear because I've been a Long time Bay Diagnostic customer and knew they would be able to handle the inevitable repairs. This week when the air suspension failed I bounced it over Bay Diagnostic on Monday and let them sort it all out. The Big SUV was aired up and sailing smooth in style by the end of the week. I am a used car guy that's just how it is...lol. The next repair is coming, I am not worried because I know where to get it fixed ... Bay Diagnostic Thanks Again.

This morning on my way to work, another driver alerted me that my car was leaking gas. I panicked, quickly searched for help, and found Bay Diagnostic—and I’m so glad I did. Drew welcomed me right away, listened carefully, and they checked my car immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong, explaining it in a way I could understand. They also helped me coordinate next steps with my mechanic and I was able to get the car towed safely. What really stood out was how calm, professional, and thorough they were during a stressful moment. They even offered me coffee while I waited. Even though my car isn’t their specialty, they treated me with care and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend Bay Diagnostic.

Needed urgent repairs and they not only diagnosed the whole vehicle correctly, but let me keep it there for a few days while I travelled internationally before starting work. My porsche 957 turbo s has never run so well. I would recommend anyone with a European make (as that is my experience, i’m sure that means they are pros at others too) to make this your first stop for problems. They were clear about what NEEDS to be done, what SHOULD be done soon, and what COULD be done eventually, which was very important to me as an owner of an older car. 5 stars, will be back again.

Great communication and customer service from Drew! Brought my car in to replace rear brakes/rotors, car was ready for pickup within 4 hours. I live in the neighborhood so it’s great to know there’s a reliable shop around. Would definitely come back for any future service.

I had a great experience at Bay Diagnostics! Drew and Jordan were honest and straightforward. They communicated well. I dropped our car off early in the morning. They took my car in and completed the service we requested more quickly and efficiently than expected. I usually dread anything involving mechanics and auto repairs. But I had such a good experience, I will return to Bay Diagnostics for routine maintenance and any other auto repair needs my family has in the future. I’m grateful.
