I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to because these guys did an amazing job on my car. For about a week, my BMW kept showing a check engine light. I brought it to Batrouni Shop and spoke with Sammy. I told him the code I was getting from my OBD scanner, and he ran a full diagnostic. Turns out the electric water pump and thermostat were completely shot. Sammy was very upfront about the cost of the Electric pump and even gave me the option to buy the parts myself to save money, which I really appreciated. Not many mechanics are willing to do that. I ended up ordering the parts, but unfortunately I got the wrong pump. Sammy handled it professionally and showed me the correct one through his vendor—it was about $100 more, but it had to be done. Since the repair, my car has been running perfectly. Ladies and Gentlemen If you’re looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanic, this is the place.
