I will say this — the bad reviews you see on here are not true and not real customers. They’re from the competing car shop over on Euclid and Dumont who’ve been trying to take customers from Baba back from when his old shop used to be near them. Ever since he relocated, those other shops started having people post fake reviews trying to make him look bad to steal customers. Those review are not the true work of Baba. I’ve taken my car there PLENTY times. The quality of work shows in the real reviews. Baba’s work is clean, professional, detailed, and done right. Whether it’s maintenance or a full repair, he’s not cutting corners or trying to overcharge or creating issues to get more money. He explains what’s going on clearly, and gets the job done right. So again, when you look at the real reviews, you’ll see we’re all saying the same thing: Baba is trustworthy, professional, and takes care of your car like it’s his own. I Highly recommend Baba Auto Repair also known as BMSA Auto Repair. This is the kind of shop you stay loyal to once you find it. It is a shame the other shop would go as far as creating fake reviews to steal customers.

I’ve been using Babacar Auto Repair for about 8 years. He's worked on my 2002 Toyota Highlander until I purchased my 2013 Rav4 in 2018 until present and he keeps it running. I use my extended warranty service there for certain annual freebies that they (ENDURANCE) offer i've had various repairs done on my cars over the years with no problems I've recommended him to my friends that's how confident I am with his work and they are well pleased with his work. His staff are very nice and efficient. He's come to pick up my car for me band he does use the disgnostic tool to check out your car. I call him my PRIMARY CAR PHYSICIAN. Try him you won't be disappointed. My friend had an emergency in the rain with her windshield wipers they stopped working the other day in the rain. She called the dealer they told her to bring the car in the next day so they could diagnose it to have it fixed. That's wasn't helping her we were in the rain. I told her about Babacar we drove there they checked it out and fixed it on the spot for about 3 times what the dealer would have charged her. Try him.

Baba and his wife welcomed me into the shop like family. They took care of all my needs in a timely fashion, and offered extremely personable customer service. They made me feel at ease, unlike Pep boys, which was the first place I attempted. Baba has gotten himself a long time client. He’s been in business for 30 years, and it shows.
