Used their app like I have used countless other local car services apps. Driver # 266 wouldn’t take me even though autopay already took my money and then proceeded to talk to me like I am an idiot “mansplaining” (to another man mind you) that this is not lyft or uber. When that is EXACTLY what these local car service apps are, a way to use and support local businesses, namely car services. Called dispatch he could care less and hung up on me adding insult to injury. NEVER AGAIN no i am stranded with my groceries. 😫

The drivers are cool, but the customer service- is terrible. Every time I call them to get a cab, they never give me enough time to tell them I need a cab WHO TAKES ZELLE. I usually use this instead of uber, but there’s no point because I have to dial the number again and tell them to send someone with Zelle. I have literally been late to work because of this. I might as well use uber again cuz they won’t make me late. They don’t wait for you to explain wha you need, they just put you on hold. They pick up, and then put you on hold immediately. There was one guy I spoke to who was nice and apologized sincerely for the poor customer service. I

I've never had a rude driver in my lifetime of living in the BX. This driver had an attitude because I told him to drive up to where I live, Shouts O.M.G then when I call to complain I get hung up on.

Absolutely trash customer service,NEVER on time and always at least ten minutes late,drivers have a tendency to just vanish out of thin air so you’d have to call the number again and again to even have a chance of getting ONE cab, on top of that extremely unprofessional. Most don’t even know English in the slightest so you need to struggle to have the most basic conversation to get over a misunderstanding. I once called because I was late to work and the guy that pulled up,ten minutes late mind you,had his kids in the car with him and the audacity to say,”we’re making another stop beforehand gotta drop them off,taking 20 minutes longer and making me late, he had the balls to complain about not getting a tip afterwards.

When I call for a cab they are here in 2 minutes. They also taken me to the airport. Since I've used them all the time for my appointments.
