Emil & his team were so sweet! They helped out a damsel in distress 😂 literally!!! My plate on the back of my car was falling off due to rusted screws. I was trying to remove the rest myself and they were super tough. They handled it with ease, quickly and professionally. Friendly staff, fair price, and they really went the extra mile. Emil and B&M helped me in a crunch when I blew a tire on the Whitestone Exp service road. Without hesitation they toon me in, found my (rare) tire and had it replaced at an extremely reasonable price all within a couple hours. Super transparent & friendly!!!

I urgently needed new tires and Emil and his crew even stayed over time to help me get the tires and put them on. I appreciate the effort and the help. Very honest and straightforward regarding what your vehicle has or problems it may show accordingly. I also did my Inspection. Great people, great service.

Emil the owner of this shop literally saved my 2008 bmw 6 series. Had a major oil leak, check engine light and I had a steering rack problem all as the new year began the car was practically undrivable. Went to a few other places first around Whitestone including Whitestone auto center and Power Autosports. I was with more than one month without my car just having my car going from place to place and all said they didn’t know how to work on it. Saw on Whitestone Facebook page good reviews on B&M and boy were they right. Emil’s prices for work done are completely reasonable and he has the equipment and tech to work on European cars. I was quoted more than $1k less than Great Bear(scammers). The work done was great and it drives great. Thank you Emil your a life saver.

Been a customer here for a couple of years. Car had a knocking sound that they diagnosed as being the engine. Offered to sell me a new car and apparently one of the mechanics wanted to buy my car too, which was definitely suspicious. Took my car to another shop and it was just the timing belt tensioner. Saved my self a lot of money. Don't trust these people.
