⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about this collision shop and the entire team. From the moment I brought my car in, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Their customer service was outstanding—they kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. They handled everything with the insurance company seamlessly, taking a huge burden off my shoulders. They even helped arrange my rental car, making sure I wasn’t left without transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. Most importantly, the work they did on my car was absolutely amazing. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car looks as if nothing ever happened. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. Picked up my Nissan today after only dropping it off a few days ago. Lori is fabulous and communicates clearly, directly, and updates you thru the process. She makes everything very easy for you, even arranging with the rental car company. My car looks great and cleaner than when I dropped it off! Hopefully my car doesn’t get hit again, but if it does I will def be coming back here for the good work and even better customer service. Thank you so much Lori.

Auto-glen was able to take my vehicle the same day I called needing repairs. They were incredibly professional, kind, and had excellent customer service. The car came back looking brand new and they even cleaned the car which was a really nice touch, I will most definitely be using them for all future repair needs. Thank you!!!

This place is great, I took my car to have the roof done from rust & damage from a tree that caved in the roof, they did an amazing job. Made my car look brand new Chris, Lori & Ryan are great. I highly recommend this place.
