After my accident I left my Mercedes Benz in Chris’s care. As soon as the Insurance Adjuster completed their assessment, Chris immediately began the repairs. Impressively, the car was ready in under a week. But that wasn’t the most remarkable part. Chris noticed that my NYS Inspection was due the following month and he took the initiative to get it done. He also addressed a minor issue with the fender, performed an oil change, topped off the windshield fluid, and ensured that the vehicle was in perfect condition before returning it to me. When I asked how much I owed for all the additional work, Chris simply replied, “I’m just glad that you’re happy with the work received.” His generosity and integrity are rare in this industry. I have no words to describe this place, Chris is very attentive, very nice, my experience was the best, it actually exceeded my expectations, I was surprised, my car was like new after an accident, another thing Chris cleaned my car inside and out, it was like the first day I bought it at the dealer, I left a lot of mess in my car and they cleaned it, it was not part of their job, but they made it like new, one last thing, I visited this place because of the reviews I saw and it really exceeded my expectations, the price is reasonable, I can say that it is not that expensive.
