Paul is one of the best Audi mechanics in NY! My Q8 did not have the factory tow package and he was able to code and program it to work with an aftermarket tow kit. I was on a tight time schedule and he was able to fit it in. He communicated every step of the way giving me updates on VCDS and Ross tech. His pricing is extremely affordable and you get better service personalized than at a dealership. I can’t recommend Paul enough he’s one of the few experienced genuine Audi mechanics in the North East. Highly recommend!! A+++

What a great and thorough engineer Paul is. He talked me through the electrical issue with my non-moving Audi A4 driver seat. The car's sunroof had leaked. He did a perfect job and showed me the parts he replaced. He also changed out my tail light and sun visor anchors. A much better service than my usual Audi specialist, a true pro and expert, and a lovely guy. Maspeth is on the subway so it was convenient for me. Great experience all round. Thanks Paul.

Thank God 🙌 For Paul I Had An all keys lost situation for my q7 After calling every lock smith on the east coast I found Paul he was the only one that was able to program an OEM fob for me not only that but he came out of his way to a neighboring state to help me . Thanks to paul’s knowledge and honesty he called me and patiently walked me through the process of figuring out why my MMI screen wasn’t working. Had me do a full system scan and i was able to determine it was simply a bad battery. He even told me how to code it. He could have easily took my money for a diagnostic fee but he didn’t. He’s a very honest knowledgeable guy and i would definitely recommend giving him a call for anything Audi related.
