Audi Brooklyn Service

Brought my 2019 Audi A6 to Audi of Brooklyn for a pretty serious repair, and the experience ended up being much better than I could ever imagine. The whole process was handled professionally and without any unnecessary stress. My service advisor Jeanette is amazing and Service Manager Amrit is the best. Communication was solid the entire time. They kept me updated on progress and explained the issue clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to add extra services. The repair was done right, finished when promised, and the car has been running great since. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would use them again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this service center. They informed me that my vehicle required $2,500 worth of repairs, which I paid for, but none of the work was actually completed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off, with the same warning lights illuminated and other issues arising. My insurance company had to send an agent to my driveway just to start the vehicle. The following day, I had to arrange for my vehicle to be towed to an independent service center, as I wanted a second opinion on the condition of my car. The mechanic there expressed disbelief at the work Audi Brooklyn service claimed to have performed. It’s astonishing that I paid $250 for a multi-point inspection, yet they failed to identify a significant issue that was immediately recognized by the independent service, which specializes in Audi vehicles. I left my car at Audi Brooklyn for six days, and upon its return, I discovered that it had somehow accumulated water near the battery. My experience over the past three years with Audi has been incredibly draining, marked by dishonesty and negligence that could have endangered my family and me. Please refer to the attached pictures for further evidence of these issues. They also tried to write up services that wasn’t needed it was stated firmly I didn’t need spark plugs in the inspection however it was written up in my estimate. Also the only way they would approve a loaner is by doing all services Beware of this place!!!!!! Update!!!! **Finally got the right job done by manhattan audi which was a defect and it was covered by Audi USA !!!!!

I recently brought my Audi Q7 into Audi Brooklyn for a coolant-related issue, and the team took great care of me throughout the entire process. The service advisors and technicians were professional, communicative, and transparent about the repairs my vehicle needed. My car was returned clean, running great, and completed in a timely manner. i J Stokes.service was great thay let you know while repairs in progress. snacks and rest room available.but thay offers free car was after repairs or done.but I never received nor I asked because I thought hand car wash will messes up my ceramic coating. so staff should ask before just applying car wash but service was excellent even if you're warranty still in effect or have additional warranty thay still except your needs not like independent auto shops with long waiting periods for appointments dates. and independent shops just targeted in the defects mechanical area not look over inspections for damages

The best dealership service center I’ve been too. I was in and out within 2 and half hours. Gabriel, the service advisor was super helpful and Jeam the technician was just as great. I was a bit hesitant to come to the dealership to get help with my actuator issue, but they provided excellent service and fixed my issue same day! Definitely recommend coming here!
