I've used their service in the past and decided to use them again. I live in Westchester and traveled all the way here for them to repair my car. The 2nd time around the owner said that they were booked and that I can dropped the car off. The last time I got same day service. So I asked a friend to go with me to drop my car off so that I can get a ride back home. The owner said it would be available the following day. The following day and the day after I wasn't able to get a ride. The owner kept calling me multiple times a day those days telling me to come get my car it's and that it's taking up space in his shop. I explained the situation to him and he was rude about it and even hang up the phone on me. The 3rd day now I decided to take public transport from Westchester to Queens to go get my car and I got there right when they were opening. When I got to my car it was muddy on the outside and dusty on the inside. So I asked the owner if I can get a watch because I didn't leave my in this condition. He start yelling and walking away from me upset 😡 and telling me to leave. So I said maybe he didn't hear me clearly so let me go up to him and ask him. So I did and his response was "Is either you gonna pay me for parking or you go and wash it yourself. " I usually speaks highly of them and recommend people to them but I won't be doing so no more.

Very professional and reasonable. The mechanics know what they are doing and always does a great job. I have had my lexus body work done here several times. Always satisfied

Brought my lease here after damaging it in a gas station yellow safety divider. They charged me $300 and took and returned my car the same day (or next day cant remember but it was quick). The leasing company didnt suspect any damages and never charged me. Great place for cosmetic repairs. #AFFORDABLE

Although no one spoke English here, I was able to get my car fixed. I had a hole in the bottom of my fender. I was very concerned about them being able to match my car color, but the young guy who did the work did a super job. It took a long time but was worth it. The street this shop is on has to be the worst street in NYC, so be careful driving in and out of this location.

You need to be good at snagging deals at reasonable prices.
