3.5.... I can't say I had a bad experience or a great experience. I received a free car wash coupon and used it at this location as intended. When I arrived, I handed over the coupon and was asked if I wanted to upgrade my service. I asked what was included, and the employee explained that the free service included a regular wash and vacuum, which was exactly what I wanted, so I kept it as is. This location seems to stay fairly busy, so there was a steady flow of customers while I was there. When I returned to pick up my car, I gave the attendant my paid ticket, and he returned my keys. The car was washed and vacuumed as expected. I generally keep my car very clean, so there wasn't much to compare before and after. The only suggestion I would make is that the operation could be a bit more organized. Overall, I have no complaints. Would I return? Sure, why not.

Finally got my car washed after a long time. Hi-Tek Car wash is right by Astoria Blvd & 82 Street. The staff are very nice and they do fast service. Overall I am happy with my experience here. They have a small food court in the payment counter. Place to sit, relax and eat. Price are not bad, they have different deal according to our preference.

I paid for the Full Service package, which includes a full interior vacuum, exterior wipe-down, and tire shine. When my car (a CR-V) pulled out, a worker started wiping it with a microfiber towel and called me over. Before handing over the “paid” ticket, I did a quick walk-around. First thing I checked was the trunk. It clearly had not been vacuumed—there were still tissues, leaves, and debris inside. I had already removed all my personal items beforehand specifically so they could clean it properly. I pointed this out to the supervisor, who immediately got defensive and insisted it was vacuumed, even though it obviously wasn’t. As I continued checking the car, I found my fender and hood still dusty and untouched. I mentioned this right in front of him and asked that they run the car through again. He flat-out refused. Then I found a candy wrapper in the backseat. I even told the worker I wasn’t upset with him—I just wanted to show the supervisor because, at this point, I was the one getting frustrated. Instead of addressing the problem, the supervisor told me my car is old, has scratches, and that I “get what I pay for.” I reminded him that I paid extra for full service specifically to avoid this kind of experience. I again asked for them to rewash or properly clean the car. He shrugged, ignored the request, and walked away—even as I started recording the interaction. I won’t be returning to this car wash. The service was careless, the car was not cleaned as advertised, and the supervisor’s attitude was completely unprofessional.

I come here all the time but not anymore. The guys threw away an important folder with paperwork I had left under the seat, I didn’t realize it till 2 days later…smh never had an issue here till this.

I went for an oil change and car wash .. first and last time coming here .. they didn’t even clean my car properly .. the floor mats were still dirty ! I really think they over charged me.. last time coming here.
