Terrible terrible. Ordered a cab a week in advance for pick up from JFK. Asked for flight number and terminal. Was told to call when I got to baggage claim. So I did just that. Right from the start the lady was extremely nasty on the phone saying the flight landed early. Isn’t that the point of having the flight number? You keep track of that. It’s been like that at every other airport cab I’ve used. Half hour goes by the lady on the phone tells me it’s going to be another 25 mins and there’s traffic. ITS JFK rush hour shouldn’t you send him out early knowing that? 20 mins goes by Call again ask what car he’s in. She said he’s still 15 mins away. Then the driver calls saying he’s 5 mins and waited another half hour so I call the company who was nasty saying my phone was breaking up and hung up on me. Call again and explain how frustrating this was and how I’ve never had this happen with another car service and have been on at least 4 flights a year my whole life using some kind of service like this. Very nasty again no offer to do anything. Finally we get picked up an hour and 20 mins late. When we get in the car the driver informs us he was not dispatched until we called saying we were at the baggage claim. I will never use again. What is the point of just not calling uber and having a pre scheduled ride? I would’ve been home much earlier and paid nearly the same price. Beware!!! Use Beckett or just use ride share. I understand things happen but the terrible customer service is what got me.

This company has to be one of the biggest jokes I have ever seen. First off the dispatch woman is extremely rude. We were scheduled for a pick up originally for 4:40pm at JFK, the fight ended up arriving 20 mins early which they should be aware of since they have all of our flight details that they specifically requested when booking them. We called them when we landed and was informed to call again once we got out bags. Which by the time we got our bags it’s was roughly 4:35. They told us our flight landed early so we would have to wait to be picked up at the scheduled time(now that’s fine cause that should just be about 5/10 mins later) WRONG!!!!! We proceeded to call them over and over every 15/20 mins where they would tell us he’s 15 mins away each time or better yet just hang up on us when we started to get sound frustrated that we have been waiting now for an hour. then finally the driver calls us and says he’s 5 mins away wrong again another 20 mins go by. After everything said and done we got picked up at 6:10 that’s an hour and half late!!! To add to it the driver fully admitted that dispatch sent him way too late and he should have left much earlier to pick us up. I am 99% sure they did not send the driver till we called and asked for a pick up. This was the biggest waste of of money and time I have ever seen. Please do yourself a favor and use legit any other company than this company.

I was expecting a “luxury sedan” equivalent to a Lexus, Cadillac, Tesla or Lincoln as per the description provided by the attendant I was speaking with, and I got picked up in a jeep wrangler. The driver was nice & helpful, but also drove quite fast, and there was no water in the car etc. I would not book with them again.

UNRELIABLE!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! Spoke with them last night they told me Daniel was going to get me at 3:30am for my ride to the airport but DANIEL NEVER SHOWED UP!! And to make matters worse, they ARE NOT open 24/7 like their website says because when I tried call the voicemail message says, sorry we are closed and will open at 5:00am!! So I was stuck with no ride!!! Thanks a lot!!
