Second time using ANS and I was very pleased both times. First time they replaced my pads, rotors and installed aftermarket brake lines. Second visit was a oil, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. Both quotes were under the competition. I recently moved to Queens from New Jersey where I was able to do basic maintenance and most repairs myself. I’m not a mechanic, but fairly knowledgeable around cars. Ekrem is as honest as they come and I’m glad that I found him.

Want an honest and friendly mechanic in Queens that won’t overcharge you, I didn’t think it was possible, but there is one left, the owner at ANS Auto Care! Once you use him you’ll have a new mechanic for life, trust me.

I've been coming here for years because they are so trustworthy and honest. My car battery was having severe issues to the point I had to jumpstart it every morning. My boyfriend called this place for me and the owner had told him to tell me to come in right away! Didn't wait a long time at all and had my car fixed ASAP! Huge Thank you to the owner and employees for all their help.

I found CHICKEN bones in my AC filter! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Ans Auto Care. I came in for a basic oil change, but they didn’t even have the right oil on hand. I had to wait over an hour just for them to go get it. Should have left then. While I was there, they removed my spark plug and told me it needed to be replaced. My car is new. Then it gets worse: right after I left, I noticed my AC started making a weird noise. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence. But today I opened up my cabin air filter, and found THREE large chicken bones stuffed inside it. Yes, chicken bones. They showed me my AC filter and let me watch them clean it with a blower. I had been carefully watching them work, but I never saw them put the filter back. Now I know why. They wanted to put the bones there without me realizing. They are probably expecting me to come back to have them check the AC bc its making noises. Avoid this place at all costs.
