Angel’s shop was busy — cars coming in and out, phones ringing — which honestly felt like a good sign. Even with everything going on, Angel took the time to really listen. He asked smart, specific questions, checked the car himself, and quickly diagnosed the issue that the other two shops had completely missed. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained. No upselling, no scare tactics, no talking down to me. Just a straightforward explanation and a fair, transparent estimate — which ended up being significantly lower than the others I’d received. During the repair, I got updates and never felt ignored or out of the loop. The work was completed on time, the final price matched the estimate exactly (huge plus), and my car has been running perfectly ever since. You can also tell this is a well-run shop. The team seems genuinely respectful of one another, and that kind of environment usually reflects the quality of work — and it does here. They got me in and out same day for a bus tune up!!!!… very reasonable pricing… super professional definitely would recommend to anyone needing any kind of services in New York… I live in Manhattan and it’s worth the drive!!! very knowledgeable and professional mechanics!!

My 2007 Mini got new brakes here! Wonderful experience! This address is the new location (they moved last year) - I heard from a friend when she took her car to the old location (18 beadel street) they never mention it wasn't Angel's shop anymore - NOT COOL! Angel is who you want! He is at 35 Beadel Street! I got my car back on the road faster than expected! Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. I'm not good with cars!! But they took time to explain and kept me updated. Professional and friendly! Left with confidence that the job was thorough! SKIP 18 Beadel Street.

Absolutely amazing!!! So friendly and honest and reasonable about price! Did not try and scam me as a woman, unlike other shops in the area! Came with my own parts, head lights and bumper install, $175! And I walked in! They even show you and let you watch. Honestly amazing work! Even gave recommendations to help you out to find other parts! Charlie and Angel, are outstanding. The other staff were friendly as well! So happy to have found this gem of an auto shop! I didn’t want anything painted or adjusted or anything, so my car looks aesthetically whack, but that’s not anything on their part lol.

Five Stars for Angel Auto Repair & Transmission – The Real One at 35 Beadel Street! I brought in my 2021 Toyota Prius Prime and Angel Auto Repair & Transmission was able to diagnose the issue and give me the timeline and quote, with parts. Angel had the job ready when promised, and it didn't take forever. Nice to know there are still people who can stick to what they say. The car runs beautifully, better than ever actually. It was a pleasure talking with Angel--the real deal -- extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, did not nickel and dime me. Great attitude. They were busy and you could see business was booming. No reason to guess why! It feels like I hit the Lottery! I will never take my car anywhere else.
