I took my car over there for repair which cost me about $4000 they did damage the outside body of the car and they deny it and refused to fix it and later on they said OK we’re gonna fix it my son has a body shop they do have a camera inside there. They wouldn’t let me check the camera. Later on he say he’s gonna give me his insurance company information to fix it. He said he doesn’t have it in the shop come back next day. I’m going to send it to or call you didn’t do that. I end up calling him going over there he didn’t he just give you a runaround They are just lying through their teeth and keep give you runaround come back tomorrow. Give me a call later. It’s been like a month they did that to me.

They take hours to do something so simple, they give you a price first and then do extra stuff and don’t advise you before doing more stuff and charging more. They told me the oil change was 85 which is what I pay all the time at other places and never ever one of them told me that my car needed more oil and charged me $140. They didn’t put my car a sticker for the next oil change also, they have to do that as a mechanic Overall very unprofessional, they lack communication and business ethics.

Please be advised, this place cannot solve any real problem with your car. The staff seems to rely on outdated methods reminiscent of post-Soviet practices, resorting to criticism rather than providing proper solutions. Despite assuring me that my problem was easy to fix, their attempts only worsened the issue, leaving it unresolved. To compound matters, they still charged me for their unsuccessful efforts. Upon seeking a second opinion from another mechanic, it was discovered that a piece of metal had been left in the engine due to the previous mechanic's improper use of a drill bit during a part replacement. This unprofessionally and is simply unacceptable. The staff should have acted responsibly and informed me of any complications. Instead, they returned my car to me without any explanation or demonstration of the work performed. This experience left me feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent wasting your money, time, and emotions.
