Went for an oil change and was charged for mobil 1 full synthetic oil, but I saw them pouring in KIRKLAND oil. I don’t know how long they have been ripping people off like this, but do not go to this place they are scammers. And if you do go for an oil change ask to see what kind of oil they will be pouring into your car and watch them do it. Bad business, will never be going back, just lost a good customer.

The transfer case and rear differential oil changes at 30,000 miles were due today for my Toyota RAV4 2021 XLE. Rather than doing the oil changes on my own (with difficulty in the absence of a vehicle hoist), I took the SUV to Amboy Diagnostic Auto Repair Inc. I met Lalith who was busy with some other vehicles. Even though my appointment was at 2.30 pm I was able to get him to attend to my SUV after one hour! Without wasting time he attended to both; the transfer case and rear differential. He is knowledgeable and fast. Being able to see what he is doing to the SUV at close range is a greater advantage compared to any other big-name Toyota authorized dealer. I have brought Genuine Toyota gear oil as well as genuine washers to make his life easy. This place is great! :)

This place is unfriendly. I went in for an inspection, and they found a problem and told me it needed repairs, then just wrote a report. They didn't even do an emissions test and said it passed. They only accept cash for inspection fees. The Nissan next to me did nothing and just issued an inspection sticker. Does this make sense? I hope you make a wise choice.

These masters in this service are not professionals. I have a 2018 Honda car, the exhaust pipe dropped, I came so they fixed it. He did it when I left the service, my car started making sounds under the bottom of the car, a terrible screeching sound. I came back to let them listen. They said it was okay, it seemed to me that it was under the bottom, that it was the rim under the rear wheel where the brake disc and a stick began to bend this rim and knock on it, then they said that they were already closing. If the sounds continue to arrive another day. Naturally, the sounds did not disappear, I went to another service where they lifted my car and showed me what was the matter. I was told that the pipe is strongly twisted and touches the body of the car itself and creates a screech and vibration when the car is in the parking lot but turned on. I returned to the service and told them this, but they did not redo anything, shouted, said that I just needed to change everything there, the entire exhaust pipe, and that they would not do anything ... do not come here. Don't waste your time and nerves!

Awful customer service. Had them change the starter on my son’s car. It was the only place we could get the car towed. They did a good job but forgot to plug the sensors back in which caused the check engine light to come on. We plugged it back in but could no reset the code since we don’t own the equipment to do it. We needed the yearly inspection to be done so we sent my son there for it so they could reset the code and complete the inspection. Whoever was there working refused to do that or listen to my son as to why the light was on. Husband called to explain and was told “ You don’t tell me why the light is on, I tell you, this car won’t pass “. He then proceeded to hang up and refused my husbands calls again! The light came on because of their mistake and they refused to listen to our explanation. I would never take my car or recommend anyone else take their car there. There was no need for this “customer service” FYI Amboy Diagnostic, we took it elsewhere. They listened to the reason the light was on, reset the code and guess what, it passed.
