The insurance company did an online estimate based on photos,they didn't pay me for hidden damage to the frame.Frank advised me that he would deal with the insurance company directly and get the additional damage paid,and I would pay nothing out of pocket. I left the van at Frank's, and within 2 days the bumper was repaired using a used bumper. Frank is honest & trustworthy, I highly recommend him for any kind of collision work you need.
