I had an outstanding experience with this tow truck service. They arrived quickly, were extremely professional, and handled my vehicle with great care. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, which really put me at ease during a stressful situation. Pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable, fast, and trustworthy towing services. I would definitely use them ag

ZERO STAR ..... I usually don't give bad/terrible reviews online, but this Auto shop is the worse there is, I'm disappointed that State Farm assigned them to help me with my car when I had an issue with my car by the road side, firstly, they didn't toll my car until the next day and after several calls, secondly and most annoyingly, the person who seems like the owner is the worst owner there is, he's so arrogant and has no sense of customer care at all. He believes he's doing me a favor by repairing my car even though I've to pay for the service and requested that I talk nicely to his staff before they can help me knowing I had no choice because my car couldn't move. Please stay away. Just my experience though, your maybe better or worse ☹

Good morning…Not sure about that other review BUT I am a loyal customer of Alfaro Motors for many years. Anthony is a very personable man who ALWAYS explains to me what repairs are needed, why they are needed and what the cost will be. His staff is always respectful and courteous as well as diligent in servicing me. I just had my vehicle checked and repaired this morning. I thought my Mercedes had Major electrical issues but Anthony explained to me it was only the battery (which he gave to me at cost). I have been a customer for years and would not trust my vehicle repairs to anyone else, Period!! Please please please, if you need a honest repair facility for Bodywork, Insurance repairs or mechanical issues, go directly to see Anthony. I personally recommend this facility.
