My Honda broke down and it was cold I had no mechanic no shelter car stopped steering. I called a tow truck they came in 30 min I was able to ride with driver I needed to drive back to CT. Driver took me to their shop and they found my problem and fixed my car in 3 hours I had my car back.,I’m not from NY the staff were nice and let me stay till my car was fixed. The price was reasonable and I was fine with that. I was on good hands

ZERO STAR ..... I usually don't give bad/terrible reviews online, but this Auto shop is the worse there is, I'm disappointed that State Farm assigned them to help me with my car when I had an issue with my car by the road side, firstly, they didn't toll my car until the next day and after several calls, secondly and most annoyingly, the person who seems like the owner is the worst owner there is, he's so arrogant and has no sense of customer care at all. He believes he's doing me a favor by repairing my car even though I've to pay for the service and requested that I talk nicely to his staff before they can help me knowing I had no choice because my car couldn't move. Please stay away. Just my experience though, your maybe better or worse ☹

This company towed my car and it was having a lot of issues I had no mechanic and was going to tow it to my house : they were able to help me find an affordable mechanic. They took care of me very well my Tow truck guy was Larry. I will always come here .

Good morning…Not sure about that other review BUT I am a loyal customer of Alfaro Motors for many years. Anthony is a very personable man who ALWAYS explains to me what repairs are needed, why they are needed and what the cost will be. His staff is always respectful and courteous as well as diligent in servicing me. I just had my vehicle checked and repaired this morning. I thought my Mercedes had Major electrical issues but Anthony explained to me it was only the battery (which he gave to me at cost). I have been a customer for years and would not trust my vehicle repairs to anyone else, Period!! Please please please, if you need a honest repair facility for Bodywork, Insurance repairs or mechanical issues, go directly to see Anthony. I personally recommend this facility.
