Adonai tire shop

I came here around 3 PM today because I had a small nail in my front passenger tire. The tire is fairly new, and from experience I knew it could likely just be patched or plugged. A gentleman took a quick look and immediately told me I needed to replace the tire. I was surprised and asked if they could just remove the nail and patch it. He refused and insisted I needed a new tire. When I declined, he told me to go somewhere else, lowered my car, and walked away. What great customer service lol He also quoted me $90 for a used tire, which seemed unreasonable. Right after leaving, I went to Champion Collision and Auto Repairs on Francis Lewis, and they patched the tire right away for $20. The repair took just a few minutes and my tire has been perfectly fine. I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here, but I was in a hurry. After reading the other reviews now, I understand why there are so many one-star experiences. They should just close down cause obviously I’m not the first person to complain about this.

There was a massive pothole on clearview expressway by northern blvd. .. I was losing air quickly, I found this adonai on Google and drove there luckily in 5 min. Joel and Pancho villa( thats what he told me to say..lol) hooked me up bigtime. Great guys. 4 more cars were towed in within 30 minutes from same pothole.. invisible at night. They worked very hard. I live in bayside. Its definitely my emergency spot now. Thank you Joel and pancho.lol🤣 look at that dent. My coworker asked if I hit a pothole or a landmine🤣🤣

I thought this place was good as I came in the summer and had 2 tires replaced in an emergency. Went back today as my tire was good but kept losing air. Was quoted a new tire at 70 dollars which is the highest price I've ever heard for a used tire. Then they quoted me a 150 dollar rim repair which was totally unnecessary. I passed as I am set to get a full set of rims and tires in te spring. They lowered it to 120 and when I refused they gave me the baldest tire in the shop. Made my used tire look new. They said thats all tey had and would put my old tire back. This was after I waited 40 minutes in the cold for other customers. I own 4 cars and will be taking all my business elsewhere. They said the owner sets the prices but they dropped the rim repair 30 bucks on their own? It wasn't the price of the wheel it was the treadless wheel they sold me and obvious game they were playing.

They scam people!!!! I was in a worse situation where I couldn’t drive the car. I asked for a used tire and they said they have and asked me to come to the shop so they could make me buy whatever they have for how much they want. Didn’t even get it installed and still ripped me off for 120$ and you can see the condition of the tire….

I bought a tire pressure sensor online and called to ask if they could install it and how much it would cost; they quoted me $20 over the phone. When I drove over, however, they claimed the price was $35. I pointed out that they had just said $20, but they insisted it was $35, so I decided not to have it done. As it happened, one of my tires had a nail in it, so I asked the price for a patch; they said $20. I agreed to the repair, but after they removed the tire, they raised the price to $30. I didn't agree to that, yet they effectively forced me to pay a $5 tip. I am definitely never going back
