Not one to leave reviews but any time that it’s car related, I remain skeptical. Triple confirm prices before you spend more than you have to, and longer time than you have to. Sign says 15, gets told 20, $35 patch gets placed instead resulting in confusion on both ends. Plug shouldn’t take more than a minutes. Wheel was turned with the assumption a plug was going to be placed. Car was instead lifted, tire removed. Not knowing if the shop does things differently, I let it be. Attempted to give a $20 bill before any service was started, got told to turn the wheel straight. Despite confirming both times that a plug for a nail was requested, it turned into a longer visit than was needed, which is fine. I needed it repaired as soon as possible. But, prices need to match service and what’s listed on signs. If it’s old, replace it. It’s not that difficult.

BE AWARE! I bought a tire 2 days ago for $120 and today when I woke and was completely flat, I took pictures of the tire when the guy was putting it on and it was ripped, today I took back to them and they said they don’t have warranty on tires and made me pay $120 extra to put another tire. BE AWARE! NO RECOMMEND. I’m adding pictures

I stopped by because I had a nail in my tire, and they took care of it right away. The person who helped me was very polite, and the repair was done quickly and professionally. The best part is that the prices are clearly posted, which I really appreciate because it prevents anyone from being overcharged. My tire was fixed for $15, which is a great price. Overall, it was a fast, honest, and smooth experience. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quick tire repair. 👍

I am completely sure of what I heard, and there was no misunderstanding on my part. Changing the price after the job is done is unacceptable. It was a terrible experience, and it won’t happen again because I’m never coming back.

Please Don’t go there .🙏 120$ for used tire is outrageous price. The most expensive tire shop in Newyork. The guy who works in night is unprofessional, very very very rude , attitude for customers why??? We just want service that’s it. Nothing personal. We have to go places . That’s why the rating is very low. I should checked rating before I went. Scamming people and worst experience ever .
