DO NOT GO HERE – WORST SHOP EVER I brought my BMW here after getting a flat tire. The tire only had a screw in it and didn’t need to be replaced—just a simple patch that normally costs about $30. The mechanic (a heavier-set Spanish man) did not remove the tire properly and stripped the lug bolts and damaged the threading on the spindle. Instead of admitting there was a problem, he put my tire back on with only ONE bolt. The next day, while I was driving on the highway, my tire completely fell off on the Grand Central Parkway. I was stranded on the side of the highway from 11 AM to 11 PM before a tow truck finally arrived. I tried calling the shop multiple times for help, but no one answered the phone—even though they claim to be open 24 hours. In the end, I had no choice but to tow my car to Pep Boys for an inspection. They told me the last person who worked on the tire clearly did something wrong because that wheel had severe damage. Because of this, I had to pay $54 for a tow truck and $418 for new lug nuts and rethreading—all from what should have been a simple tire patch. I went back to the shop to explain what happened and give them a chance to make things right. Instead, the guy told me to “call the cops.” So that’s exactly what I’m doing—I will be taking this to court. Save yourself the time, money, and danger. Do not go to this shop.

Had a flat tire because city streets are horrible the guys that was there said tire not fixable needs to be replaced came up with the price of $120 for a used tire wouldn’t go with dime cheaper because he knew had no options. I agreed to replace the tire which I know he did not balance the tire it says extra $10 for balance what a RIP OFF Stay away place is a rip off used tires usually go between $40-$80 tops and balancing of tires should be always included in price!!! When asked for receipt the guys says no guarantee on tires and no receipts given!!! Over all horrible price and customer service ridiculous!!!!! I have no clue how they got 4 star rating I would give them a ZERO if I could

Came in for a tire change, asked for a brand new tire. Paid 160 including fees for 1 tire. The sidewall failed and developed a bubble after 4 days of driving around the city. I came back for the guy to check it out and perhaps replace the defective/ old tire, he said I hit a pothole also claiming my rim was the issue when my rim is just fine and he previously put that exact tire on no issue. The sidewall was not hit at all and developed purely by regular driving. Very disappointed in this shop and service .

Horrible tire shop and is a scam sold me a tire with a slow leaking hole and they wouldn’t even refund me when it was less then 6 hours of having the tire. They also quote u a different price on the phone and when u show up to their location they tell you a whole different price. Definitely would not recommend this tire shop unless you wanna get scammed

Quick services, solid market prices. Had two holes, good Spanish speaking worker took care of us in less than 30 mins. They should post their prices menu so customers know prior, actually better than some other ones around the area.
