Acura of Brooklyn Service & Parts

This is my 4th time here. The first time they broke my brand new car side view mirror and held me hostage and told me about it 3 hrs later. fine thats old news lets talk about yesterday June 24th, 2026. i go in there for oil change and tire rotation. they do it and recommend i get 2 new tires because the tires are chipping. i figured okay it i get 4 new tires instead of 2 cause of the mileage on my car, mind you i came in at 2pm. it was like 5:30pm im still waiting for my car now, im like whats going on how much longer. the asian dude i think his name is Kenny comes and says im trying to rush them another hr goes by. Im still waiting. they shut the lights off in the waiting room while im still the only one waiting there. What type of bull is that. then they lock the doors to the waiting room. i went for smoke break and couldn't get back inside the waiting area smh. Eventally some dude named Carl the manager comes over someone please tell him to cut his nails because why the hell are they longer than his hair. It was very gross to shake his hand. Anyways he tells me that they broke a sensor in my car and got me a replacement and that I wouldn't be charged. Is he dumb cause why would i pay for that in the first place i didn't break it, he said but you don’t have to pay for it like he was doing me a favor. Another hr goes by it’s now like 7pm I get my car back and i fly outta there. first they do some shady shit. Then have me wait in limbo and then eventually you guys fess up to the damage you guys cause and then im still waiting. id be less mad if you just told me from the beginning what happened. To top it off after i drove off idk why i checked the tire pressure and all the tires weren't even in the correct pressure. Absolute fail of a business team whatever you wanna call it . Im so dissapointed I cant wait for Acura to send me the review link to my email so i can give them another negative review. I don't even do reviews.

Jasson was very friendly. I came a bit early for my appointment but he was able to get my car serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Explained what happened, prices and was very friendly.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Acura of Brooklyn, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. My service advisor, Geremiah, provided a thorough and straightforward explanation of the what was going on with my car, along with the various maintenance options available. In comparison to other service departments, such as Rallye, which is good, and Paragon, which is less favorable, Acura of Brooklyn stands out as the best. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and the detailed documentation and videos of the service visit that were sent to me via text. Their attention to detail is commendable.

I was having a hard time with the battery on my MDX and decided to take it in to get checked. Jason immediately greeted me and got my car taken care of. Great service from Jason.
