Active Express Car Service

The absolute worst. They don’t even know how to communicate with customers. I called them up to ask if they were able to provide a car to Queens and he said ‘no’ and they hung up on me. The second time I called back just for clarification and again they hung up the phone. I have used them in the past to go the airport and Never ever again! They prices were average but their cars smells like cigarettes . Totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Such rude service. They hang up on people with no explanation or communication and treats callers like a burden.

DO NOT CONTACT! There’s a million other services in the area you can use. Ordered a car, waited outside for 35 minutes as I was told it would only be “a few minutes”. After patiently waiting and even calling back several times to help assist the driver locate the address, I cancelled the car, after 30 minutes of waiting because IT PASSED ME TWICE AND DID NOT STOP THE CAR ONCE. When I got in touch with the connector and explained how long I was waiting and decided to cancel because the driver kept passing me, she very rudely said “so you ordered a car for no reason” and hung up on me… No, Active, I still needed car service, but your lack of customer service and ability to easily navigate brighton beach, Brooklyn, is what caused me to cancel. Very unprofessional and will have you waiting over a half hour then blame YOU for asking to cancel!

Tried to hire twice, to JFK, I live 20-30 minutes away from airport, but they told me to call 24 hour before the flight, then, they said: we have no cars available ".
