I'm so happy with Darwin and his Body Shop. My elderly dad brought his car in after an accident, and since I couldn’t be there, I was worried. But Darwin treated him with a level of kindness and patience you rarely see anymore, especially considering my dad’s limited English. Darwin didn’t just fix the damage, he handled everything like it was his own family’s car. He ordered brand-new front and back bumpers, fenders, chrome trims, bumper trims, the under-bumper valence, every part the car needed, no shortcuts. The paint job came out perfect. The OEM color matches flawlessly, the metallic sparkle is still there, and you can tell the materials he uses are high quality. The car honestly looks like it came fresh from the dealership. He told me the work would take 15–20 days, and he finished on time. He sent video updates throughout the process and answered every call immediately, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He also gave us tips on protecting the new paint, recommended a good hand-wash spot, and even mentioned ways to keep the rims safe because he didn’t want anything happening to them. It’s small things like that that show he genuinely cares. Darwin didn’t just repair a car, he made sure my dad felt safe, respected, and taken care of. I’m truly grateful for that.
