I took my car to Ace Auto on Morningstar Road in Staten Island for a state inspection. This was my second time using them, and once again, it was a great experience. The manager is very hands-on, professional, and attentive. I've personally witnessed him treating every customer with respect, kindness, and honesty. The staff are equally friendly and professional. He sets a high standard, and the team clearly follows his leadership. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of when I bring my vehicle there. It's refreshing to find an auto shop that values customer service as much as quality work. I highly recommend Ace Auto to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Came and showed up with no appointment , I Needed New Tires . Boss had the staff check out the car , and they got straight to work. Put new tires on in less than an hour . Go here if u want to be in and out.
