I have had the pleasure of dealing with ACE Auto for around 40 years and could not be happier with the level of customer service. If they do not have something, they will find it and call you back. Also, the pricing is spot on And everyone I know who needs a new or used part thanks me profusely for recommending the place because of its customer service

I had an issue with an engine I purchased from ACE Auto Salvage, but I want to recognize how they handled the situation. At first, I was sold the wrong engine for my truck, which was frustrating. However, after bringing it to their attention, Robert and Joe stepped in and helped resolve everything. They communicated with me, processed the return, and issued a full refund. In the end, they made things right, which is what really matters. I appreciate Robert and Joe for taking care of the situation and making sure everything was handled properly. Just ordered a replacement engine for my wife's Nissan rogue, very impressed with the customer service and their knowledge. Every question I had was answered to great satisfaction even above what I was expecting. Joe My representative that helped me from Ace auto salvage was very pleasant and again very knowledgeable.
