I brought my BMW in to have a steering wheel trim installed, the owner told me “any problems come back”. I noticed the heated steering button would not go down. Instead, I popped the airbag myself to investigate what they did and found out they broke the trim and glued it back together without telling me. The glue ran down and permanently damaged and sealed my heated steering wheel button shut. (They also poorly installed my battery and other buttons that I had to deal with on my own.) When I confronted them, the man that worked on it first kept denying and making excuses, then changed his story and said he only glued on the lower area, then tried blaming me by saying i brought it in damaged. He then became aggressive, cussed me out after I caught him in his lie by telling him I checked out the damage myself already, and that i know everything is glued on. He then still had the audacity to continue to lie to my face about what happened to my car, straight up lying out his teeth. This job turned into multiple damages, money down the drain, followed by dishonesty and disrespect when I asked for accountability. DO NOT bring your car here if you value it.

I recently had my rear bumper repaired and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The team was accommodating and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. Their honesty and fairness in providing the estimate made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend them for their professional and reliable service.

Overall, this was a very bad experience. The problem wasn't fixed, the work was poorly done, and I was still charged a high price. I would not recommend this place.

I am reluctant to share this place with others because they are a terrific operation. Too many good reviews and they may not have time for me next time. This shop is friendly and top notch. The owner is a car guru. You will only be happy caring for your car at this shop. Your car will thank you!
