There are many things I could say about Jerry, Joe & Roger but to keep it simple there is no words needed. JUST SIMPLE. My situation was much different then most, non emergent, car was running and driving but it was just purchased and I wanted it to be perfect and these 3 gentleman did their due diligence to make sure it was. One thing that stood out to me was Jerrys ability to show up to work early (before 8am) and be ready to go tools in hand by their scheduled opening (8am) to me this shows that this man not only takes pride in his own work but cares deeply about the family he works for. Roger was constantly moving, manning the phones and giving 5 star service to anyone walking through the door even for the simplest of things at one point I even watched him wash a vehicle that has just been serviced. Joe as any owner should lays low in the background and oversees his crew but extremely welcoming to myself and everyone I have witnessed him interact with. There is no other place in my 20+ years of driving was I comfortable enough to know that no matter the situation these guys are going to make it right! Thank you to all!
