Mr.Will manager of the establishment very friendly and asking the specific question about my vehicle condition. Very direct and thorough examination to every detail of the problem. Wesley and the rest of the team at Aamco of Brooklyn are dedicated to getting the task done. I've had to get my car serviced twice at this location and encountered amazing customer service and efficient work. I will be coming back here if my car ever needs to be serviced again.

Took my car in for a diagnostic test for my transmission to look for possible issues with it. Mike and Wesley quickly went to work and quickly diagnosed there was no problem with it. However, they did provide me with better habits that I should do with the car so it runs more smooth. Well noted and thank you for your services!

I dropped off my car on Monday, 12/1/25 and was greeted by Wesley. He went over everything with me and never was bothered by my questions. .He informed me the part that I needed for my vehicle would need to be ordered and he will update me periodically. He kept his word and I was updated when the part came, and when the technician removed my old part to installed the new part. The customer service I received was outstanding and he went above and beyond throughout this process. I was told I could pick up my car on 12/3/25. It was a lot of traffic and the B47 wasn’t moving fast enough for me. He assured me to not worry and will see me soon. If I had went to another repair shop, they would not have been understanding like Wesley and would have told me to come on 12/4/25 to pick up my car. He waited and I arrived at 4:58 pm with just 2 minutes before closing. I signed the paperwork and received my car 😁. Thank you! Wesley was absolutely amazing!!! He kept me updated the entire time my car was being worked on. And made sure everything was done in a timely manner ! Highly recommend
