Terrible AAA service call!! Johnson Rosemary came to change my flat tire. After making pretend to lower my spare from under my car where it's stored on the Toyota Sienna, he claimed my car is broken and he can't get the spare tire. That was after he said he has no idea how to do it and asking me to do it. As I said he "tried" and for no more than one minute before driving off.

AAA and OneStop Towing completely failed me. Technician Nazir A. left me with no updates for almost 3 hours, then showed up after 4 hours total only to claim my cargo van was “too heavy” and that he didn’t have the right equipment. He told me not to call AAA, promised another truck in 10–15 minutes, and then disappeared. After 45 minutes, I called the dispatcher on the card he gave me — they said no one was available and told me to find an outside tow. What’s the point of paying $100 a year for AAA if they can’t provide basic service? I ended up paying $550 to a local tow company, using the same flatbed truck Nazir said he couldn’t use. He wouldn’t even look me in the eyes — clearly didn’t want to drive to NJ at midnight and knew he was lying. Extremely disappointed. Avoid AAA OneStop Towing.

Not sure if this correction location but wanted to compliment your worker enid. She was very professional kind and hard worker. My car broke down and she addressed issue quickly and efficiently in getting me towed to my local repair shop. Excellent worker

Love this place. Usually get my car back on one day. Excellent service and the main manager is nice and personable. There is no hidden prices too. Everything is broken down. Dominick
