I had a very negative experience with this business. I believe my vehicle was damaged while in their care, and I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled afterward. Communication was unprofessional, accountability was lacking, and I left feeling completely frustrated and unheard. Because of my experience, I strongly encourage others to document everything carefully and do their research before using this company. I also believe organizations like the Better Business Bureau should review the complaints and concerns surrounding this business and its management, including Akeem. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had a great experience at A&R Auto Collision & Repair on Stillwell Ave in the Bronx. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. The work on my car came out amazing—it looks like new again! The turnaround time was reasonable, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto body shop, I highly recommend A&R Auto Collision & Repair. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need work done again!

By far one of the best auto collision and repair centers I’ve ever been to. I had some electrical issues with my Mercedes, as well as a ride height sensor malfunction. The entire team at the shop was quick to diagnose the problems, order the parts, and get my car back on the road—all within a single day. The staff truly know what they’re doing. They communicate respectfully, keep customers updated, and handle high-end vehicles with skill and care. The owner personally came up to introduce himself, which really stood out to me. He was humble, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure my car was running perfectly before I left. Overall, this has been one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this shop, especially for luxury and high-end cars!

I don’t even know where to begin on how great this body shop is, first let me start of by saying liberty mutual is the worst insurance company in the world, but this shop hands down from the work, to the professionalism to fighting for me to get my truck done I couldn’t be more grateful. A special shoutout to my guy Ziggy the homie, was a major help always kept me in the loop, always very transparent and always picked up calls giving me updates the whole way. This shop literally was on my side the whole time while liberty mutual tried to deny my claim. Also a special shoutout too the secretary Chrissy after two months of not having my truck when it was time to pick it up she made me feel right at home like as if nothing had happened, true hospitality at its finest and lastly shoutout too the owner of A&R Randy and the mechanics who worked on my truck 10/10 job you guys collectively made this experience a thousand times better. I will forever be a customer to this shop and I recommend the same to anybody who needs this kind of support from an amazing, experienced body shop.

I was recently involved in a car accident, and my vehicle was towed to this body shop. When I attempted to have the car moved to a different shop for repairs, the owner became extremely aggressive and presented an inflated invoice with unreasonable and seemingly fabricated charges. Additionally, my car was initially parked on a public easement, yet the owner attempted to charge me storage fees for that time. When I tried to retrieve my vehicle, the owner had it moved into his shop without my consent, clearly to prevent me from removing it and to justify additional storage charges. I believe this conduct is unethical and possibly illegal
