Admitted putting water in my windshield washer fluid. I lost windshield washing capability in a 20 degree snowstorm on the highway at night. His mistake almost created a catastrophe. I trusted this mechanic for years with my new cars for basic maintenance. He is sloppy and not trustworthy. I went to him for 3 years. I’ll never use his service ever again. Can I leave a negative star?
