I brought my car in for a heater issue that was blowing cold air. I was initially told it was the blend door actuator, which I agreed to replace. After picking up the car, I had to return the very next day because it still wasn’t blowing hot air. At that point, I was told the system was getting stuck on cold and it was adjusted. I then had to return a third time because the heat was inconsistent depending on the vents — it would only blow warm air from the upper vents, while the lower vents remained cold. I was told this was “normal,” even though it clearly wasn’t functioning properly. Two months later, the issue has returned completely. The heater is now blowing cold air again, along with a whistling noise from the vents. What was most frustrating was not just the unresolved issue, but the lack of thorough diagnosis and communication. I had to repeatedly question whether proper troubleshooting steps were taken before parts were replaced. I understand that diagnosing car issues can be complex, but I expected a more complete and accurate resolution, especially after multiple visits and paying for repairs. Unfortunately, this experience felt like trial-and-error rather than a clear diagnosis. I would recommend getting a second opinion before committing to repairs here.

They are always honest and straightforward with pricing and the work is always super fast and professional.
