Excellent work! This was my first time experience with this body shop. I had damage on the hood of my car. They did a full replacement and even cleaned and washed my car before returning it to me. The owner Tony was very professional and friendly and I had zero issues with their service. Would definitely recommend!

Tony is absolutely wonderful! After I was rear ended, I brought my damaged car to A and A Auto Body Inc. under a State Farm claim. Tony was friendly and promised that they would repair my car to where it would look like nothing ever happened. And he was right! My car looks brand new! Everything was quick and smooth. 10/10 service.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. if I could put no stars, I would. brought in a vehicle for a full front repair from state farm and although state farm advised them that I was fully covered for any damage to the vehicle, they tried arguing with the actual agency that's paying them? unbelievable. they actually tried calling state farm to tell them that the damage internally could not be verified because he did not know what the vehicles condition was before the accident although State farm advised him that all front damage must be fixed in or out. the guy on the phone is incredibly rude and was cursing on the phone not only to myself but to the State farm employee who had to report him. Do not go to this place.

Called for an estimate, was told no. The work may be good but the customer service sucks just as it does with any other body shop in the Bronx.
