I had such a great experience with this company! Thank you John and to the workers ! They installed ambient lighting in my car and it came out amazing — super clean, professional work, and the vibes are exactly what I was hoping for. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing the paint on my bumper, which looks brand new now. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the extra care they put into everything. Highly recommend!

I needed a tow truck. My Honda care dispatched this company to tow my car. I got a message around 1pm that this company would be towing my car. I waited 1 1/2 hours and no one called or showed up. I decided to call them directly and was told that they were in the area doing other jobs. After 2 hours still no show no call from this company. I called customer service for Honda care and they tried to reach out and resolve the issue with this company they did not answer the call. But instead they decided to cancel the tow job. I was left stranded waiting for a tow truck for 3 hours all because this company decided they couldn’t be bothered to communicate and be professional about not being able to do the job that they accepted. I had to loose out of being at work for the remainder of the day. Because they decided to cancel the job I had to wait over 3 hours for a tow truck. I tried to be patient and waited for almost 2 hours, cause you know life happens. I was able to get another truck within30 minutes from another company… if I could give no stars I would. This is by far one of the most indecent thing to have a person stranded with a broken down car for over 3 hours and not communicatime. WORST WORST WORST WORST SERVICE AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIARS LIARS

First time here and it won't be the last! Great people/service with fair prices. Got a chill hangout spot while they work on your vehicle. It's difficult to find a place where all of these necessities check the box and if that wasn't enough you can go right next door and get a haircut at QueensFinest while you wait for your vehicle to be ready!
